We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from morbidstickers.com If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may initiate a return subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Returns

a. You may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.

b. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. They must also be in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

2. Return Process

a. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@morbidstickers.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

b. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please securely package the item(s) and ship them to the address provided.

c. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

3. Refunds

a. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund.

b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

c. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

4. Exclusions

a. The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items without their original tags, labels, or accessories.
  • Items not returned within the specified return period.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately atinfo@morbidstickers.com. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with a return or exchange for the damaged or defective item.
